Room was very comfortable and clean.. I took a single twin bed room. I was given the non river view room.so i believe it was quieter. Breakfast was not included in my booking, but paid at the hotel. Breakfast has pretty decent spreadlike eggs various bread, cerals, muesli, cheeses, fresh juices, tea/ coffee, salad. The NOVo2 restaurant had good food as well.

- Loved the location of the hotel. There are several public transit lines that link you the hotel from Dusseldorf Hbf directly, leaving anywhere between 3-8 minute walk from the stop. The Chocolate Museum and the harbor christmas market are only a 12 minute walk from the hotel. - The staff was very friendly and helpful. This really makes for a good experience overall. We didn't need to have many interactions with the staff before check-in or check-out, though. - Breakfast buffet was really good, we were pleasantly surprised by the offerings: bacon (crisp), sausages, scrambled and hard-boiled eggs, cheeses, baked goods, fruit, juices, etc. We always got to the dining room approx 30 minutes before the end of the breakfast and there was always plenty of seating. It seemed pretty busy/full before 10:00, though. - The Executive room was big enough to accommodate our party.

Staff were extremely friendly; The location is very good and on-site parking very convenient. The breakfast was extremely good, with a very large variety of items likely to please most that stay at NOVOTEL.

It was pleasant stay. Location of property was best. Close to the City. Supermarket was in walking distance of 7 mins. Starting from staff to cleanliness everything score 10/10. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to other travellers if period of stay is short 3 nights max.

Highly recommend it! A great comfort of the bed and all facilities. Breakfast exceeded our expectations with various fruits, French cheese, salmon, different kind of bread, musli and even milk (oat and almond) and great coffee. At a 15mîn walking distance from the old town and 20min from the main train station. There are plenty of nice restaurants and cafes just around the corner.

The rooms were spacious and adequate for a family of four. The staff was excellent and the dinner and breakfast were very satisfying. I was especially impressed with the service for children. There were gifts, a kids' space, and the kids were very happy.

Just a general sense of friendly professionalism from the staff in helping with questions etc. And no issues with the fact that it was all done in English as my German is not up to scratch

The staff was extremely friendly and was an absolute delight to communicate with them. Answered any questions my friends or I had. Provided storage for our baggage on the last day when we had to leave a bit later because of our flight. When we arrived an hour-two early they accommodated us right away. The room was just perfect! Everything was clean. Had a great stay and can't recommend the hotel enough.

hotel is just 15 min walk from the cathedral and main train station. the hotel was very clean with modern finishes. stuff were very helpful. the hotel is cross the road from a bus stop but it was not easy to understand bus times, so uber was always our way. breakfast is about Eur25 per person and kids are free. so value for money.
